Ala Bianca is a white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin – Vermentino from Sardinia, made from Vermentino grapes.

This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, offering a delicate and elegant aroma with hints of yellow fruit. On the palate, it presents a slightly bitter taste with notes of bitter almond. Best served at 8 degrees, it is excellent as an aperitif and pairs elegantly with seafood, shellfish, and white meats.
