The Lobster is the symbol of Algherese gastronomy, and it finds its perfect match in this white wine made from Vermentino grapes from Sardinia.

 

  • Color: Pale yellow with subtle greenish reflections.
  • Aroma: Vinous, balanced, but well expressed with a fresh fragrance reminiscent of ripe apple.
  • Taste: Dry without astringency, fresh and slightly lively, very harmonious, with a measured and rightly persistent almond finish.
  • Pairing: It pairs well with fish dishes and especially with shellfish.
  • Serving temperature: 10°C – 12°C
