Aria White Wine: Aria is a white wine with a Controlled Designation of Origin – Vermentino di Sardegna, made from Vermentino grapes. This wine has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections.

The olfactory sensations are intense and persistent, with pleasant notes of fresh fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and inviting, with a dry, intense, and persistent taste. The alcohol content, although lively, is well balanced by the freshness of the acids and good savoriness.

It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, crustaceans, and even raw seafood. It is excellent as an aperitif and wonderfully complements fresh sheep cheeses.
