Wine: Aristeo | I.G.T. Isola dei Nuraghi.
Cellar: Feudi della Medusa
The Aristeo is a sweet white wine with a Typical Geographic Indication, Isola dei Nuraghi, made from Nasco and Malvasia Sarda grapes.
Aristeo (companion of Dionysus on his sea voyages and God of honey) is an amber yellow wine that comes from overripe Nasco grapes (a rare native grape variety on the verge of extinction) and Malvasia Sarda. It has a distinctive intense bouquet of honey and cloves on the nose. On the palate, it is balanced and persistent, with an elegant sweetness and a finish reminiscent of blooming citrus orchards.
