Discover the essence of BA.BO, a captivating Isola dei Nuraghi IGP red wine that embodies the unique blend of Sardinian Barbera and Bovale grapes sourced from the enchanting lands of Santu Teru in Sarcidano.
Cultivated in the mineral-rich, hilly soils at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level, these grapes thrive naturally without synthetic chemicals. Each grape is carefully handpicked and destemmed before undergoing a spontaneous fermentation process in open vats, avoiding the use of selected yeasts.
After this meticulous process, BA.BO IGP matures gracefully for 24 months in seasoned barriques and tonneaux, enhancing its depth and complexity.
This unfiltered wine presents a pure expression of its terroir and craftsmanship.
To fully appreciate its rich flavors and aromas, it is recommended to serve BA.BO IGP slightly chilled at 16-18°C.
