BÀCCO | I.G.T. Isola dei Nuraghi

Discover the essence of Sardegna with Bàcco, a rare and unique red wine from the renowned vineyard Siddùra.

Handpicked between late September and early October, the Cagnulari grapes used to create Bàcco undergo a delicate pressing to obtain the must. The fermentation process takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, lasting between 15 to 18 days.

The wine then matures on fine lees in both steel tanks and 10 hl barrels, completing its evolutionary cycle.

After at least 2 months of refinement in the bottle, Bàcco is ready for sale, showcasing a deep ruby color with intense violet reflections. Its complex aromas reveal intriguing notes of sour cherry, raspberry, and moss.

In the mouth, it is full-bodied with rich fruit flavors and good persistence; its harmonious taste profile and pleasant freshness make this Cagnulari truly captivating.

We recommend serving Bàcco slightly chilled at 16-18 °C to fully appreciate its characteristics.
