Baione is a red wine with Controlled Designation of Origin obtained from Cannonau grapes and other berry grapes.

The wine has a more or less intense ruby red color, with a pleasant and characteristic aroma. On the palate, it is dry, savory, warm, and persistent. It is ideal to pair with roasts and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
