Vineyards: Situated on clay soil with granitic decomposition, the vineyards are located at 260-320 meters above sea level near Lake Liscia, producing a yield of 50 quintals.

Harvesting: The grapes are carefully handpicked in the early hours of mid-September.

Winemaking Process:

  • Gentle pressing and fermentation at 16-17°C in stainless steel tanks
  • Bottled aged for 2 months

Tasting Notes: BiancoSassu Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore boasts a straw-yellow color. It offers intense floral aromas of helichrysum, broom, and violet on the nose.
