Biancu: A Taste of Sardinia

Discover Biancu, a white wine from Sardinia with the Isola dei Nuraghi IGT designation. This exquisite wine is crafted from a blend of 50% Vermentino and 50% Nuragus grapes.

Our grapes thrive in vineyards trained using the Guyot method, boasting a planting density of 5000 vines per hectare. With a yield of 100 quintals per hectare, our vineyards are situated on sub-hilly terrain with schist-clay soils rich in gravel and under an arid climate.

The vinification process involves controlled temperature white winemaking techniques to preserve the wine’s quality.
