Cabiròl Red Wine: A Controlled Designation of Origin wine produced by carefully blending the indigenous Cagnulari grape with the internationally renowned Cabernet Sauvignon. This exquisite wine consists of approximately 60% Cagnulari and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our Cabiròl red wine has a deep ruby color, vibrant and brilliant, with an intense aroma featuring spicy notes, hints of jams, red berries, and yellow bell pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied, soft, and well-structured, with a slight tannic note and noticeable jammy flavors.
Pair this exceptional wine with first courses like pasta dishes and risottos with meat sauces, grilled meats, and moderately aged cheeses. To fully appreciate its quality, serve Cabiròl between 18-20 °C.
