Wine: Dettori Bianco | I.G.T. – Romangia.
Cellar: Tenute Dettori
Dettori Bianco: A white wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Romangia, made from pure Vermentino grapes. This white wine represents a personal satisfaction: while red wines solely come from the vineyard, it requires technical knowledge to express the Terroir without falling into banality.
How to enjoy:
- Serve at around 12°C.
- It’s interesting to follow its oxidative evolution.
- All our wines need time to express themselves once opened.
Glass: Opt for a large Tulip-shaped glass. Allow the bottle to rest after transportation. The wine has not been clarified or filtered, any sediments are natural.
Production Process:
- The grapes were handpicked and transported in crates inside our Fiat 100 Refrigerated Truck.
- The grapes were destemmed and macerated for two days at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
- Natural decantation and maturation occurred in the same steel tanks.
- The wine was neither clarified, filtered, nor stabilized. Hand-bottled and aged in a warehouse at strictly controlled temperatures post-bottling.
