Indulge in a wine crafted from a meticulous selection of Cannonau grapes, harvested from vines over forty years old in the renowned vineyard of “Dule”. With a low number of buds per plant and targeted green harvest practices in August, this wine achieves an optimal concentration of aromatic substances and polyphenols, enhancing its quality.
After undergoing a 20-25 day fermentation process on the skins, it matures in French oak barriques for 12 months. Subsequently, it refines in the bottle for an additional 10 to 12 months, allowing it to fully express the unique terroir “bouquet”. This full-bodied and fruity wine pairs perfectly with red meat dishes and savory sauces.
