Discover the wild fennel in Sardegna, known as “fenugu” or “matafaluga”, growing freely in the countryside. Its flowers, with a beautiful straw color, and green seeds, rich in essential oil, offer an intense aroma and a pleasant, fresh taste. Infused with alcohol in steel tanks for about two weeks, a “green” colored infusion is extracted with a “fresh and wild” aroma. This is how the delicate Finocchietto Fenù liqueur is obtained, perfect after meals and best enjoyed chilled.
