Embracing tradition, the “Fil’e Ferru Ambrato” is crafted by distilling red grape pomace in indirect-fire steam stills and then aging the resulting product with various oak woods and juniper. This process results in a gentle spirit with harmonious notes. It serves as an excellent digestif, best enjoyed slightly flambĂ© at room temperature.
