Embracing tradition, the “Filu Ferru Ambrato” is crafted by distilling grape pomace from red berries, grown locally, in indirect fire steam boilers. The resulting product is then refined with various oak and juniper woods, enhancing its flavors harmoniously. This amber-colored spirit serves as an excellent digestif, best enjoyed slightly flambĂ© at room temperature.
