Genesi is a white wine with a Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin obtained from Vermentino grapes.

The wine has a straw yellow color, golden reflections, brilliant, with a wide, intense aroma. It has notes of grapes, exotic fruits, and hints of green bell pepper. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, warm, with strong character and structure. It is distinctive, balanced, harmonious, with good structure. The wine is particularly refined, elegant, and pleasantly bitter on the finish. It pairs well with light pasta dishes, seafood risottos, fish in sauce or roasted, and sweet pecorino cheese Dop.
