The distillation process of “Ortur” grape pomace gives birth to a delicate grappa, exquisitely refined and velvety on the palate. The controlled temperature fermentation of Cannonau ensures that the pomace retains its components intact. Shortly after pressing, the pomace is steam distilled using a discontinuous still, resulting in a transparent nectar.
