I Fiori Monica is a red wine with a Controlled Designation of Origin made from Monica grapes.

This ruby-red wine has a slightly purplish hue, it is very clear, and it boasts an intense and persistent aroma with a discreet concentration of vegetal and spicy notes that reveal a hint of licorice. The taste is dry and soft, pleasantly fresh, well-balanced and harmonious with a good persistence of olfactory taste.

It pairs well with lean appetizers, dry soups both plain and with flavorful sauces, white meats cooked in pans or grilled, as well as semi-aged goat and sheep cheeses.
