Ipno Cannonau di Sardegna is a prestigious Sardinian red wine, crafted from pure Cannonau grapes.
- Grown in a 12-hectare vineyard located in Soleminis, at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level.
- Cannonau grapes are cultivated using the Guyot method, with a planting density of 5500 vines per hectare and a yield of 90/100 resulting in about 70% wine production.
Harvested usually around mid-October, the grapes are then carefully pressed, destemmed, and undergo maceration for 7-8 days in the cellar.
Fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, including malolactic fermentation. The wine matures in the bottle for approximately 3 months.
Ipno Cannonau di Sardegna pairs wonderfully with red meats, aged cheeses, and game meats.
For optimal enjoyment, serve at a temperature of 18°C.
