Ipno Monica di Sardegna is a delightful Sardinian red wine, crafted exclusively from Monica grapes.

- Cultivated in a seven-hectare vineyard approximately 220 meters above sea level
- Guyot trained on clayey soil with a planting density of 5500 vines per hectare
The grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness around mid-October and swiftly transported to the cellar. After being crushed and destemmed, they undergo a maceration process for seven to eight days. The fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation occurs entirely in steel. The wine then ages in the bottle for approximately three months.
