Ipno Vermentino di Sardegna is a white wine from Sardinia, produced using pure Vermentino grapes.

The grapes are cultivated in the Soleminis area, within a 10-hectare vineyard located 220 meters above sea level. The vineyards are Guyot-trained on predominantly clayey soil, with a planting density of 5500 vines per hectare, yielding an average of ninety to one hundred quintals per hectare. The grape yield is around seventy percent.

Ipno Vermentino di Sardegna pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, and seafood first courses. It also makes an excellent aperitif when served at a temperature of 12°C.
