Kyanos is a white wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Isola dei Nuraghi, made from Vermentino and Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 (Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco) grapes.

The wine has a deep straw yellow color. The fermentation and aging in oak barrels and bottles for several months make this wine very complex on the nose, where the hint of vanilla blends well with aromas of Mediterranean scrubland, citrus, and smoke. It is soft and concentrated on the palate with great balance between all the tasting components, making it rich and persistent.

It is recommended to pair this wine with seafood-based first courses, shellfish, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent as a meditation wine. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
