Ladas Brut is a white sparkling wine made from Vermentino grapes.
The wine has a light straw yellow color, slight greenish reflections, and a bright and continuous fine foam. It has a pleasant, fresh, and subtle aroma with hints of slightly fruity notes. On the palate, it is dry, light, and with a pronounced sapidity well expressed by its acidity. It pairs well with lean appetizers, delicate first courses, seafood, and makes an excellent aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
