Introduced to the Mediterranean basin around 1200, these lemons have thrived in Sardinia’s ideal climate. The sun-ripened lemons on our island are not only fragrant but also packed with vitamins.

Once they reach optimal ripeness, boasting an intense yellow color, the lemons are carefully harvested and brought to our facility. Skilled women hand-peel the fruits with precision tools, infusing the rich essences of the peel with alcohol over several days.

The infusion of lemon peels, alcohol, and sugar results in a delightful liquor that is both flavorful and aromatic. This exquisite liquor can be enjoyed after a meal or at any moment throughout the day.
