Introducing Corona Law Red Wine
Corona Law is a red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Isola dei Nuraghi, crafted from a blend of Cannonau Cru Reserves from Cardedu, indigenous red grape varieties from Sardinia, and recently introduced allochthonous grapes.
The wine has a garnet color, brilliantly consistent. Its elegant aroma is exceptionally intense, persistent, and wide-ranging; revealing balsamic and spicy notes complemented by rich fruity aromas of sour cherry, blackberry, and wild berries. The taste perfectly aligns with the spicy and fruity olfactory findings, pleasantly characterized by fine tannins, full body, and savory notes with a long and satisfying finish. The unique characteristics of the grape varieties showcase unmistakable territoriality that reflects the scents and flavors of our land.
It pairs well with the “rich” gastronomy of our times. It shines with dry pasta dishes like ravioli and gnocchi topped with hearty ragù; grilled red meats such as Florentine steak or Modican-style Sardinian beef; braised dishes, game meat. However, like its “twin brother Tuvara,” it has character, savoriness, and completeness to be enjoyed even on its own. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
