Malvasia: A white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin – Malvasia di Bosa, produced from Malvasia grapes harvested in the vineyards of Planargia when fully ripe.

After 6 months from the harvest, it is aged in small capacity oak barrels, kept topped up for several years to encourage the formation of the “Flor”.

These yeasts transform some components of the wine into aromatic substances, which, as they mature in the bottle, give the wine its characteristic bouquet, reminiscent of the most renowned Spanish Sherries.
