Manacoro Red Wine: A sweet red wine made from Stramature grapes obtained from Cannonau grapes and other red grapes sourced from the winery’s vineyards.
The grapes are harvested at the perfect ripeness level, usually starting from the last decade of September. They are then brought to the cellar where they are left to dry on racks for about 20 days. Subsequently, they are destemmed and macerated in a fermenter for 6 days with temperature control. After racking, there are several decanting processes and a short aging period.
The Manacoro wine is aged in steel for approximately 6 months.
This wine has an intense garnet red color, with a fruity and ethereal bouquet that is wide and persistent. It offers a full, elegant, and harmonious taste.
- Pair it with dry pastries, sweets with candied fruit, or enjoy it on its own as a meditation wine.
- Serve at a temperature of 16°C.
