Mandrolisai Superiore: A red wine with Controlled Designation of Origin – Mandrolisai, made from Cannonau, Muristeddu (Bovale Sardo), and Monica grapes.
The wine has a ruby red color with hints of garnet. It offers an intense, round, and fruity aroma. On the palate, it is dry, warm, full-bodied, appropriately tannic, well-balanced, and well-structured.
- Perfect pairing with earthy appetizers, hearty first courses, game meats, red meats, cured meats, and mature Pecorino Sardo DOP cheese.
- Serve in a wide-mouthed glass of medium height at a temperature of 18-20 °C. Let it breathe for 1 hour before serving.
