This wine exudes a strong personality, carving out its own space starting from the vineyards. The vines are trellised with Guyot pruning, spaced 100 cm apart and 250 cm between rows. Made from pure Vermentino grapes, cultivated in the sunny hills of Arzachena, it thrives in an ideal Mediterranean climate.
- Hand-picked fruits are harvested between late August and the first week of September.
- The grapes undergo a soft pressing before resting for three months in steel silos to preserve their aromas.
- The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, maintaining the integrity of the flavors.
- The wine matures for fourteen months on lees, enhancing its complexity and depth.
