Mirju is a wine made from overripe Vermentino grapes.
The passito wine “Mirju” is crafted from grapes using organic farming methods at the “Stazzu di Ladas” farm. These grapes are grown on a high hill at 500 meters above sea level, handpicked and carefully selected. They are then left to dry on the vast granite rocks known as the “Roccas di Ladas” which give the farm its name. The natural soil composition, sunny exposure, altitude, and the surrounding forest rich in aromatic plants are all essential elements for creating a fragrant, intensely aromatic wine – the perfect seal for any joyful occasion.
