Nepente di Oliena is a red wine with Controlled Designation of Origin made from Cannonau grapes.
This dry wine has a robust and full-bodied structure, crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in the vineyards of Oliena on non-irrigated, sunny, hilly terrain.
It boasts a ruby red color with hints of garnet and orange reflections, offering a vinous aroma with a broad and persistent scent typical of the grape variety.
The taste is warm, suitably tannic, and full-bodied, making it an excellent pairing for grilled meats and aged pecorino cheese.

Storage and Serving Recommendations:

Store the bottle horizontally to allow it to mature for an additional 2 or 3 years after bottling.
