Nerello (Demi-Sec): A sparkling rosé wine, made exclusively from Nieddera grapes.

This sparkling wine has a bright pink color with a very intense aroma. It is sweet, fruity, and refreshing on the palate. The fine and persistent bubbles make it perfect for an aperitif or as an excellent dessert wine. It pairs well with typical island desserts and fruit. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
