The wine boasts a pale straw yellow color, crystal clear and smooth, with a lower amount of carbon dioxide compared to Avrè. It has an intense aroma, quite persistent with hints of white flowers, fruity notes (apples and/or quinces), and a touch of exotic fruit. On the palate, it is dry, relatively soft, warm with good acidity (freshness) and minerality, overall well-balanced and harmonious, ready to be enjoyed.
