Nieddera Red Wine: A typical Geographical Indication wine from the Valle del Tirso region. This wine is crafted by harmoniously blending the native red grapes “Nieddera and Cannonau”. The process involves gently pressing the partially fermented grape must with maceration interruption at the perfect color point.

The wine boasts a deep ruby color with orange reflections, a characteristic fruity vinous aroma, and a dry, strong, and incisive taste. With an alcohol content ranging from 12 to 14% Vol and good acidity, it ages well in oak barrels. Nieddera pairs wonderfully with appetizers, white meats, cold cuts, and roasts. It’s particularly recommended for grilled eels and the famous mullets caught in the Oristano ponds.

Serve this wine at a temperature of 16-18°C by uncorking the bottle at least an hour before pouring to enjoy its full flavor profile.
