The Novello wine is a red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Ogliastra. It is made from Cannonau, Carignano, Sangiovese, Monica, and Ciliegiolo grapes.

This ruby red wine has a fruity aroma, intense with hints of blooming vines. It has a fresh, young, lively, and soft taste. It pairs perfectly with light appetizers, vegetable tarts, lean meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with autumn dried fruits, mushrooms, cold cuts, and especially roasted chestnuts. Serve at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
