Nulvara is a rose wine from the Typical Geographic Indication – Colli del Limbara, produced from Pascale di Cagliari, Malaga, Monica, and Nebbiolo grapes with maceration interrupted at the right color point.

This wine has a bright pink color; a delicate and neutral aroma; a slightly acidic, dry taste that is harmonious and delicate. It pairs well with appetizers, dry soups, white meats, and fish. Serve it cold (8-10 °C) with appetizers and fish; cool (12 °C) with soups and meat dishes.
