Orion is a white wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes in the Gallura region, resulting in a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC.
It is vinified by gentle pressing and fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel containers.
Orion Vermentino di Sardegna DOC has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a typically fine and elegant aromatic aroma, a balanced and soft taste with good structure. It should be stored in a cool cellar with constant temperature, darkness, free from noises and odors.
- Ideal as an aperitif or paired with various fish dishes.
- Exceptional with shellfish.
The wine should be served at a temperature of about 10-12°C.
It has an alcohol content of 13.5% Vol.
