 Palmì | Alghero D.O.C.

Palmì is a sparkling white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin obtained by gently pressing the grapes from Alghero harvested in advance.

It has a pale straw color, a fresh and pleasantly winey aroma. On the palate, it is lively yet soft, with a slight bitter aftertaste. Its modest alcohol content makes it an excellent aperitif while also being suitable for the entire meal. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
