Wine: Rosolio di Ginepro | Liquore
Cellar: San Martino – Fabbrica Liquori Artigianali
Discover the Juniper, also known as “Juniperus Communis,” a wild and ancient plant that thrives in the hills and mountains of the Mediterranean.
Its small, round, dark berries contain one or two seeds rich in essence with a distinctive aroma. These berries ripen in September and can be harvested by shaking the tree’s branches.
By distilling Juniper with alcohol and sugar, a sweet liqueur with a unique taste and aroma is produced.
