Santesu Rosè: A delightful rosé wine from Isola dei Nuraghi IGT, crafted from indigenous red grapes grown in Sardinia.

The grapes undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours, followed by the extraction and fermentation of the clarified must at 12°C for 14 days. This process ensures that the wine retains its freshness and aromatic qualities by avoiding malolactic fermentation.
