Experience the exquisite taste of Liena Santesu red wine from the Cellars of Dolianova. This wine is crafted from indigenous red grapes grown in the surrounding vineyards, reflecting the rich terroir of the region.

From destemming the grapes to inoculating selected yeasts and fermenting at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 8-10 days, every step is meticulously carried out. After racking and subsequent clarification, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. The aging process takes place in underground cement tanks for a minimum of 6 months, allowing it to reach its full potential.
