 Sedha | Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

Sedha White Wine: Sedha is a Vermentino white wine from Sardegna DOC, made exclusively from Vermentino grapes.

Vineyards and Production:

  • Grown in guyot-trained vineyards with a planting density of 5000 vines per hectare and a yield of 100 q/ha.
  • Grown on sub-hilly terrain with schist-clay soils rich in gravel and a dry climate.

Winemaking Process:

  • White vinification with controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes: Sedha Vermentino is a straw-yellow colored wine with greenish reflections, featuring floral and fresh fruit aromas. On the palate, it is savory, fresh, soft, fruity, and with a pronounced acidity.

Food Pairing: Ideal to pair with fish dishes, seafood, and shellfish. Serve at a temperature of 9-10°C.

Alcoholic Content: 13% vol.
