Sparkling Brut Wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, delicate, fruity, spicy, reminiscent of aromatic herbs, sage, and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is lively, savory, with fresh acidity, good balance, medium structure, and great persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with appetizers, various fish dishes, and especially shellfish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C for the best experience.
