Tanca Raiana, Terra Regina: A remarkable white wine DOCG Vermentino from Gallura Superiore, crafted solely from Vermentino grapes.

The vines grown on trellises thrive in vineyards on granitic soil, contributing immense minerality to the wine.

Winemaking:

  • Destemming followed by gentle pressing
  • Alcoholic fermentation at 16-17°C in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature
  • Aging takes place in steel tanks on lees with repeated batonnage for 10 months

Tanca Raiana, Terra Regina displays a straw yellow color with golden reflections. It boasts a broad and complex aroma, herbaceous with hints of Mediterranean scrub typical of the region. The palate offers a balanced mineral and savory sensation, showcasing the strength of the roots penetrating the granite. The finish is long with an almond aftertaste.

This wine pairs perfectly with soft cheese, seafood dishes, and fried foods.

Serve chilled at 8-10°C for optimal enjoyment.
