Wine: Tenores | I.G.T. – Romangia.
Cellar: Tenute Dettori
Tenores Red Wine:
Discover Tenores, a red wine with a Protected Geographical Indication – Romangia, crafted from pure Cannonau grapes. The essence of the traditional Canto a Tenores in Sardinia is powerful, bold yet sweet, and harmonious – just like our wine.
Winemaking Process:
- It embodies the strength and elegance of the terroir.
- A classic Cannonau from Sennori that refuses to compromise.
Tasting Notes:
- Serve at 13-15 °C after oxygenation.
- Experience its oxidative evolution.
- Perfect pairing with all kinds of game meat and dry soups or stews.
All our wines require time to express themselves once opened.
Glassware:
Opt for a large Tulip glass. Let the bottle rest after transportation. The wine remains unclarified and unfiltered, any sediments are natural.
Production Process:
- The grapes are handpicked and transported in crates using our Fiat 100 Refrigerated Truck.
- The grapes undergo destemming and ten-day maceration at controlled temperatures.
- The decanting and maturation take place in small cement tanks until bottling in May/June.
- The wine is bottled by hand without clarification, filtration, or stabilization. It then matures in a strictly temperature-controlled warehouse post-bottling.
