Therìa White Wine:

Therìa is a white wine with a Controlled Designation of Origin – Vermentino di Sardegna, made from Vermentino grapes.

The wine has a bright straw-yellow color, very clear and with good consistency. It offers a fine, intense and persistent fruity and floral aroma. On the palate, it is dry, well-balanced in alcohol content supported by a good acidic backbone, light-bodied with optimal intensity and a pleasant persistence. It is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood dishes, simple pasta dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Serve it very chilled.
