Tino Sur Lie White Wine is a typical Geographical Indication wine from Isola dei Nuraghi, made from Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

This straw-colored wine with greenish reflections is bright. It has an intense and persistent aroma with floral and vegetal scents, hints of tomato leaf, sage, green apple, acacia flowers, capers, and bread crust. The taste is characterized by a clear predominance of vegetal notes, warm and full-bodied with good thickness and balance; offering a long-lasting taste experience.

It pairs well with seafood dishes in general, delicate flesh fishes even when dressed with light sauces, dry soups, and broths with not overly flavorful seasonings. Serve at 10-12°C by uncorking the bottle right before pouring.
