Discover Tuderi, a unique Cannonau wine from Romangia
Tuderi is a red wine with a Geographical Indication – Romangia, made exclusively from Cannonau grapes. The name originates from the “rock” that overlooks the vineyards and the territory.
How to enjoy:
- Serve at around 13-15 °C after allowing it to breathe.
- It’s intriguing to observe its oxidative evolution.
- This wine pairs well with most dishes and is a delightful choice for any occasion.
- All our wines require time to fully reveal their true essence once opened.
Glassware:
Use a large Tulipano glass for the best experience. Remember to let the bottle rest after transportation. The wine has not been clarified or filtered, any sediments present are natural.
Production process:
The grapes were carefully handpicked and transported in crates using our Fiat 100 Refrigerated Truck. They were destemmed and macerated for ten days at controlled temperatures. Decantation and maturation took place in small cement tanks until bottling in May/June. The wine was neither clarified, filtered, nor stabilized. Each bottle was filled by hand and then aged in a warehouse under strictly controlled temperatures.
