Wine: Turriga | I.G.T. – Isola dei Nuraghi.
Cellar: Argiolas
Turriga is a red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Isola dei Nuraghi, produced from Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo, and Malvasia Nera grapes.
The wine has an intense ruby red color, with a rich and complex bouquet. On the palate, it is well-structured, balanced, refined, and persistent. It has a very high level of “souplesse.” Turriga pairs perfectly with stewed wild boar, game meat, spicy red meats, and aged Sardinian pecorino cheese. Serve it at a temperature of 18°C in glasses with a wide opening and good height.
