Tziu Simone Rosé Wine: Discover the unique Barbagia IGT rosé wine crafted from Cannonau grapes in Mamoiada’s vineyards.

Vineyards:

• Grown at 600 meters above sea level
• 90-year-old vines
• Granitic soil
• Average yield of 35 quintals per hectare

Harvest:

• Takes place in October

Winemaking Process:

• Spontaneous fermentation without selected yeasts
• Aged in chestnut barrels for four months
• Further refinement in steel for another four months

Serving Suggestion:

• Best served at 15°C
